Colourful sailing paintings in a dynamic modern style

Vibrant original paintings of sailing boats in a contemporary style from Simon Wright.

Simon  was born in West Yorkshire in 1974. From as early as he can remember, he has always been drawing and painting, and it’s been my sole passion all my life.

In his work he try’s to bring the elements of illustration and fine art together to hopefully create a style, which is totally unique and appeals to a varied audience.

He enjoys working from, realistic to abstract and everything in between. He works predominantly in oils and acrylic.

The Spring Collection of innovative imagery from Michelle Mackie

The superb new “Spring ’23 Collection” adds worthy additions to the highly unique and exclusive portfolio of relatively new artist Michelle Mackie. Michelle’s works transcend a variety of themes and studies with stunning detail and use of colour.

Michelle is also known as Dolly and is a self-taught photographer, digital artist and visual story teller. It is with these tools that Michelle has been able to explore her own psyche, recreating forgotten joys and life’s loves, whilst vanquishing past tragedies and trauma.

I’m forever daydreaming, and I get to create some of what goes on in my busy little head for all to see

Golden limited editions of birds and animals

Stunning new limited editions of birds and animals by Jackie Morris with hand applied gold leaf.

“As a child I dreamed of being an artist, of leaving the confines and constraints of school and uniform and essays and exams. I wanted to spend my time painting, to learn the shape of a bird, to capture the soul of a creature, it’s essence in paint like some medieval alchemist. I studied artists, fell in love with the early renaissance, but always came back to animals, birds, watercolour.”

A striking original painting in vibrant colour

Marinas’ work explores issues of time, life and memory. Through painting she channels life experiences to create works of art.

Marina grew up in a house by the sea in Famagusta, Cyprus, a home she lost in the trauma of war, and, although I didn’t set out to produce art about anything specific, as her portfolio developed over the years she realised that the pleasure and energy she was getting from painting was when she focused on water, boats, beaches, marinas, wet stones and rocks, subjects emanating from childhood memories of her early life by the sea.

Using strong tonal forms and a vivid colour palette Marina’s paintings are visual representations of conversations and inner feelings. Infused in time and space they act as a reminder of what has happened in the past. These moments become pathways for understanding the connections we share as humans with each other and with the natural world that surrounds us.

Sunset at Famagusta is a perfect example of her work.

Stunning new bronzes of birds

New limited edition bronze sculptures of birds from David Meredith.

Art has always been a part of my life, in fact I’ve been drawing, painting and sculpting for as long as I can remember. I’ve been sculpting professionally for more than 20 years, starting my career in the pewter, giftware and retail sectors before specialising in bronze.

I consider myself very lucky to be doing what I do, I get a great sense of relaxation and happiness when I’m sculpting, nothing else exists in that moment. I’m thankful that my work has found homes all over the world, It’s very gratifying to know my collectors get the same pleasure from owning my work as I have from creating it.
