Hermes is the third sculpture to be released in the Frogman Signature Collection and draws inspiration from Greek mythology and architecture. 

A mythical, winged frog, bearing the classic Frogman “old-school” patina, balances atop the capital of an archetypal Corinthian column, preparing for flight. To emphasize the significance of wings as a motif in mythology, the upper surface of the wings are highly polished to a rich, golden finish.

The Corinthian-style column is offered in a choice of two options- a waxed antique brown and a speckled, stone-like waxed patina – with either patina masterfully replicating the elements and finishes associated with classical statuary.

Hermes is Tim Cotterill’s homage to ancient mythology’s continued influence on modern culture.

DIEGO, a splashy, multi-hued edition variation of Frogman’s classic “leg over” frog, “Fat Boy,” is enhanced by a brilliant mélange of autumnal tones. The release of this low-editioned sculpture marks the retirement of “Fat Boy,” which will be available to order in the original patina only through March 14th.
