Stunning new oil paintings of local Cornish beaches near Padstow have been created by artist Duncan Palmar. Duncan is inspired by the Newlyn School of Artists and his distinctive representational paintings capture texture, light and atmosphere with seeming effortlessness. He is now a Member of the Royal Society of Marine Artists.
